Are you passionate about digital marketing, paid media, and driving measurable results? We are partnering with a long-standing client that has been working with gpac for more than 20 years and is looking to add a talented Digital Media Manager to its growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a company's digital media strategy, optimize advertising performance, and directly impact recruiting success through innovative digital campaigns.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the overall digital media strategy for recruitment marketing
- Manage digital advertising budgets, forecasting, and campaign optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI
- Oversee paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and programmatic advertising platforms
- Increase qualified candidate leads while reducing cost per hire
- Analyze market trends and campaign performance to continuously improve results
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with hiring goals
- Stay current on emerging digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices
- Experience managing paid digital media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, Microsoft Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and performance analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
