Operations Support Specialist

• - Review corn reports and complete reworks based on orders and demand.
• - Review soybean reports and fulfill treating and packaging requests based on orders.
• - Manage supply inventory at each site, utilizing weekly inventory counts from warehouses.
• - Collaborate with Customer Care to balance product availability and meet customer needs.
• - Track and report work completed by each site to ensure operational efficiency.
• - Maintain a working knowledge of the seed industry and communicate effectively with dealers and Legend Staff.
• - Assist with inventory management and conduct inventory counts on all products.
• - Draft and document procedures for Operations and provide training as needed.
• - Participate in Legend Seeds-related activities and events to support company initiatives.

• - Previous experience in inventory management, supply chain, or operations preferred.
• - Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• - Ability to interpret reports and data accurately.
• - Knowledge of the seed industry or agricultural products is a plus.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

This is a full-time position, typical hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional earlier start times, evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
