MRO Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of maintenance, purchasing, inventory management, and plant operations . In this highly visible role, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring our maintenance teams have the parts, resources, schedules, and systems they need to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll DoBe the Hub of Maintenance Operations
Manage the purchasing and procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) parts, supplies, and essential plant materials.
Ensure critical parts and supplies are available when needed to support equipment reliability and prevent costly downtime.
Maintain accurate spare-parts inventory and help establish strategic inventory levels for key components.
Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and oversee maintenance work orders from creation through completion.
Review production schedules and identify the most effective windows for planned maintenance activities.
Support maintenance staffing and labor planning to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
Help balance production needs with maintenance requirements to ensure operational success.
Serve as the Maintenance Department's Net Suite Power User and subject matter expert.
Maintain accurate data, system records, KPIs, and reporting that support informed decision-making.
Track maintenance performance metrics and identify trends that drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Scheduling teams to keep the plant running at peak performance.
Communicate maintenance schedules, parts availability, shortages, and operational risks proactively.
Participate in forecasting, planning, and cross‑functional meetings to support business objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve purchasing, inventory management, scheduling, and maintenance processes.
Help develop smarter, more efficient ways of working that increase reliability and reduce costs.
Support a culture focused on operational excellence, accountability, and innovation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field and 3+ years of food or beverage procurement experience; or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Strong experience with data and system management;
Net Suite experience is highly preferred.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and solve complex problems.
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of key responsibilities.
Maintaining high inventory accuracy and parts availability.
Ensuring preventive maintenance activities are completed on schedule.
Reducing downtime through effective planning and coordination.
Building strong partnerships across departments.
Continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost performance.
