Works in assigned area of the bingo hall, keep work area tidy, keep equipment in working order. Courteous and neat in appearance, create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, exhibit a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with guests and team members, maintain knowledge of games in order to assist guests, work closely with guests to handle questions and help resolve complaints, inform supervisor of any issues that may arise immediately, attend mandatory department and company meetings, maintain a steady flow of the game, and ensure the correct session and date are in play.
