Overview
Join a dynamic organization as an HCM Senior Project Manager, where your expertise will lead the successful implementation of a comprehensive Human Capital Management system, including payroll services. In this critical role, you will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to deliver innovative, compliant solutions on time and within budget. Your strategic thinking and leadership will be instrumental in driving organizational success through effective project execution and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of a comprehensive HCM system, including payroll services, and manage all phases of the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to deliver solutions on time and within budget
- Apply strategic thinking and leadership to drive organizational success through project execution and stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience managing large-scale HCM solution implementations
- Deep knowledge of HCM platforms such as Dayforce, Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP Success Factors
- Proven success leading complex enterprise projects involving multiple integrations
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration within matrix environments
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in project lifecycle management, SDLC, and vendor coordination
- Financial management skills, including forecasting and business case development
- Graduate degree and/or PMP certification (preferred)
- Experience with AI-driven HR tools and automation
- Recognized professional certifications related to project management or HR systems
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degrees or certifications such as PMP are highly desirable
- Extensive experience in enterprise-level project management within HR technology environments
