They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their operations team in South Dakota to lead the full lifecycle execution of solar EPC projects. This is a cornerstone role where you will take primary ownership of project schedules, budgets, and risk management from the initial award through final close-out. Operating with significant autonomy, you will translate complex project needs into successful builds while providing vital mentorship to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to help the company scale responsibly.

• Significant professional experience in the full lifecycle management of solar EPC projects at the community or utility scale
• A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while providing direct technical mentorship to junior project management staff
• Extensive mastery of financial management including budget oversight and rigorous cost control to protect project profitability
• Strong technical proficiency in advanced schedule management and the implementation of risk mitigation strategies
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or a closely related technical field
• The capacity to operate with minimal oversight while maintaining high-level client relationships and stakeholder management
• Deep knowledge of the Midwest solar market and the specific regulatory requirements of regional construction
• A PMP or similar professional project management certification is highly preferred to support standardized execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with developers and subcontractors
