Job Title

Axia RH Metz is recruiting a PROJECT MANAGER IN INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE M/F for one of its clients, specialized in industrial maintenance, new constructions, transfer and modifications of industrial production lines.

Reporting hierarchically to a Project Manager, your main duties will be:

From the intervention files transmitted by the project manager:

• Prepare the cost estimate of the operations requested by the client, and transmit it to the project manager for validation
• Verify the content of the intervention files (plans, notices, instructions and client information) independently for contracts less than 30,000 euros, with the prior agreement of the project manager in the opposite case.
• Plan purchases and supplies from the elements of the cost estimate
• In collaboration with the methods technician, prepare the technical preparation of its sites (preliminary visits, verification of internal and client supplies, material means, human means…)
• Write a daily report of the interventions carried out and transmit it to the client and the project manager
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments (safety, quality, deadlines, costs…) and the application of operating procedures previously established by himself or by the project manager
• Lead and manage its teams and team leaders and/or site managers
• Take charge of the integration and training for the new members, including temporary workers, to take up the work post
