Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly (based on experience and qualifications) + shift differentials for off shifts

Shift: Second

• Roll finished plastic pipe onto coiling machines and transport bundles to staging areas
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet Prinsco’s quality standards
• Identify and report defects or improper machine operations
• Operate assigned production equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete equipment start‑up and shut‑down procedures
• Perform basic mechanical adjustments, changeovers, and corrective maintenance
• Cross‑train into machine operation and expand your technical skills
• Help coordinate daily crew assignments with a strong focus on safety and quality

• High school diploma or GED with some work experience
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and perform basic math calculations
• Comfortable working in a loud manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and 75 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for up to 2/3 of the workday
• Good distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
