Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Assemble under-dash harnesses, switch panels, circuit boards, and a wide range of electrical components for custom fire trucks;
Read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications to ensure trucks are built according to design requirements;
Program lighting systems based on engineering specifications, including flash patterns and light packages;
Troubleshoot and repair 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry to resolve electrical issues and ensure proper operation;
Perform electrical testing and inspection of products to verify performance against specifications
