Cryolor Production Coordinator

Cryolor has been designing, manufacturing, and commercializing low-temperature liquefied gas transport and storage equipment for 50 years. Their equipment and associated services cover air gases, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, pure gases, hydrogen, helium, liquefied natural gas (LNG), ethylene, and crylene.

Your role and how you will thrive in this position:

The production coordinator is responsible for monitoring the progress of ongoing manufacturing projects, supporting the activity manager. They also provide support to production teams on tooling management and safety issues.

This position includes the following main responsibilities:

• Daily management of production activity compared to production priorities and just-in-time monitoring
• Daily animation of line AIC
• Animation of MT line safety 1/4h
• Follow-up of tooling (orders and distribution to companions)
• Follow-up of driving permits for the MT line
• Conducting recruitment interviews and welcoming new arrivals to the workplace

The position operates independently, with hierarchical validation in case of complex issues.

The position depends on planning for priority management.

Compliance with safety instructions.

The Production Coordinator reports to the Line Manager and a functional authority on the MT line.

This position may evolve into management roles.

Are you the right person for this position?

Required skills:

• Graduated from a BTS in mechanics
• Five years of experience in production coordination and/or team management
• Strong interest in the world and activity of boilermaking
• Known for your communication and diplomacy skills
• Highly sensitive to safety and hygiene rules
• Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and is a force of proposal.
