Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the 2nd shift to meet production goals and quality standards.

Monitor production processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with other departments such as quality, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing or production supervision, preferably in a similar industry.
