Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead the start-up and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films
- Work closely with production, QC and R&D to industrialize new products
- Ensure process stability, output, quality and efficiency
- Act as a problem solver, implementing best practices
- Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloor
Master's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experience
5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industry
Strong operational mindset: passionate about working hands-on with the machines
Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP- film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)
Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D and production
