Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Plant Operator to support manufacturing & production in our Milbank, SD facility. In this hands-on role, you will operate and monitor cheese vats, presses, and related processing equipment to safely produce high-quality American-style cheeses and dairy ingredients. Responsibilities include following production schedules and recipes, performing changeovers, recording production data, and supporting sanitation and food safety programs.
