Valley Queen Cheese Factory seeks a Whey Production team member to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot whey processing equipment in our Milbank, SD facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll run separation, concentration, and drying systems, complete CIP and sanitation, record production data, and support quality and safety standards. You’ll work closely with operations, quality, and maintenance in a collaborative, family-oriented environment that emphasizes training, continuous improvement, and advancement opportunities across manufacturing and production.
