INEOS Catalysts Production Unit Manager

The INEOS Sarralbe plant is a petrochemical site with 250 employees that produces polyethylene, polypropylene, and catalysts.

The position is within the Catalysts Production Service. This service's main purpose is to produce, store, and prepare the shipment of catalytic materials necessary to meet the commercial needs of the Po-Cat Business.

Additionally, the service is responsible for receiving certain bulk hazardous materials, preparing them, and making them available to operators, along with the PE and PP catalysts it manufactures on-site, which are necessary for the operation of the PE and PP polymerization units at the Sarralbe site.

The function holder ensures the operation of the Catalysts Unit, guaranteeing the reception of raw materials and the loading of co-products—necessary for their own sector but also for the PE and PP polymerization units—ensuring the optimal operation of TM fusions and catalytic syntheses, the treatment of organic and aqueous effluents, and potting operations, in strict compliance with QHSEE standards.

The work schedule is morning and afternoon shifts, 5 days a week at the start, with the possibility of quickly switching to a morning and afternoon schedule, 7 days a week, and the potential to eventually transition to a continuous 3x8 shift (morning, afternoon, and night) 7 days a week.

• Ensure the operation and monitoring of its production tool, in collaboration with the Cabinier and Team Leader, integrating process constraints and work.
• Diagnose and perform small interventions in case of breakdowns or malfunctions in its installations to ensure the proper functioning of the tool and production quality.

• Ensure that operations and maintenance interventions are carried out in compliance with QHSEE requirements, while maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities.

• Participate in progress actions by providing improvement ideas based on its knowledge of the facilities.

CAP or BEP, preferably BAC PRO in chemical industry apparatus conductors.

The holder can fulfill the role without prior experience, provided with a few months of training to gain autonomy.
