Fan Assembler - Night shift

$1350 sign on bonus

Starting Pay: $19/hr with an additional $2 night shift differential!!!

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 4:00pm - 2:30am. Occasional overtime on Fridays based on production needs.

• Assemble components and finished products according to manufacturing orders and blueprints.
• Read and follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Verify parts, hardware, and materials before and during assembly.
• Use measuring tools to ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Perform visual quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
• Safely handle materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Operate a forklift after certification, when required.
• Assist other departments as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Frequently stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Regularly perform repetitive tasks.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, with heavier lifting as needed.
• Bend, reach, kneel, squat, and perform other physical activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Work safely while using hand, power, and air tools.
