Full Time Non-Exempt [Hourly] Manual Labor Elk Point, SD

Salary Range: $23.29 To $26.14 Hourly

About the Role:

As a Welder I, you will play a crucial role by fabricating and assembling metal components to create high-quality products. Your primary responsibility will be to perform welding tasks using various techniques and equipment, ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with other team members to interpret blueprints and technical drawings, which will guide your welding processes.

This position requires a keen attention to detail, as the integrity of the welds directly impacts the durability and performance of the final products. Ultimately, your contributions will help maintain the company's reputation for excellence and reliability in the market.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completion of a welding certification program.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or welding environment.
