Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Plant Operator to support manufacturing and production of American-style cheeses and dairy ingredients in our modern Milbank, SD facility. In this hands-on role, you will operate and monitor cheese vats, presses, and related equipment, follow recipes and SOPs, and perform routine quality checks to ensure safe, consistent products. You will uphold strict safety, sanitation, and GMP standards while working in a collaborative, family-oriented environment that values integrity, respect, and continuous improvement.
