Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Whey Production team member to operate and monitor whey processing equipment in our modern Milbank, SD facility. This role sets up, runs, and adjusts evaporation and drying systems, performs in-process quality checks, and maintains accurate production records. You’ll follow strict safety, GMP, and sanitation standards while assisting with CIP, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
