Regal Foods, located in Leola, PA, is a growing spice manufacturing and packaging company focused on producing high-quality spice products for retail and bulk customers. We repackage spices into consumer bottles and 25 lb bulk bags for food manufacturing and distribution. We take pride in quality, teamwork, food safety, and efficiency.

Description

The Production Line Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the spice packaging line by utilizing equipment and food safety procedures to ensure efficiency and to produce a quality finished product.

Job Responsibilities:

· Moving raw packaging, ingredients, and finished goods using mechanical and manual means

· Performing product line changeovers and adjustments

· Constantly monitoring production for quality and

· Packing and palletizing finished goods

· Maintaining accurate inventory

· Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the production manager

Requirements

Job Requirement

· Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math functions

· Must be able push and pull up to 150lbs

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs

· Must be able to constantly bend, reach, climb, and stand throughout shift

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working with food safety procedures

· High school diploma

Summary

This position works in a spice production facility. Employees may be exposed to spice dust, varying aromas, allergens and a manufacturing environment. Proper PPE and safety procedures are provided.
