Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 7:00AM - 3:30PM

How you spend your day as a Truss Fabricator/Assembly:

• Placing truss pieces, chords, webs, and plates in appropriate position.
• Set plates securely in advance of pressing operation.
• Assists in pushing or pulling trusses from the press.
• Cleans up work area on a regular basis to avoid stepping on or tripping over scrap material.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Maintains good communications with other Truss Assemblers to have a cohesive and productive work team.
• Learns and applies appropriate safety regulations including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Unload, label and band the trusses.
• Will use forklifts to move and load lumber.
• Utilize hammers and saws to cut and connect parts.
• Verify dimensions of lumber for accuracy and assembly.
• No Experience Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
