Join our dynamic team where you will rotate between four distinct divisions of radiator and cooling systems assembly. Your tasks will include tube stuffing, where you insert a small tube into a larger one for the radiator, hanging hooks for the paint line, placing plugs in radiators before they proceed to painting, and pushing small dowels through radiator holes.

• Rotate between four divisions of radiator and cooling systems assembly.
• Perform tube stuffing by inserting a small tube into a larger one for the radiator.
• Hang hooks for the paint line.
• Place plugs in radiators before they proceed to the paint line.
• Push 25 small dowels through holes in radiators.

• Experience in production assembly and general production.
• Familiarity with a manufacturing environment and assembly line operations.
• Ability to perform general labor and operate machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Capability to stand for 8 hours.
• 6 months of production experience required.

• Experience with machine operation and assembly processes.

Work in a collaborative environment with machines, welders, and assemblers all in one space. While the environment may be on the dirtier side with no air conditioning, it is a supportive team setting with around 60 employees and growing. The role requires steel-toed shoes. The hours are from 5 am to 3 pm, Monday through Thursday, with overtime opportunities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canton, SD.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
