We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily maintenance activities across manufacturing facilities to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians and contractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation for compliance and analysis
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to support operational needs
- Collaborate with production managers to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance skills and promote professional development
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and CMMS systems
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
