• Oversee daily maintenance activities across manufacturing facilities to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians and contractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation for compliance and analysis
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to support operational needs
• Collaborate with production managers to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance skills and promote professional development

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and CMMS systems
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
