Groomer's Best is looking for a dependable and motivated Paint & Fabrication Tech to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help produce custom stainless‑steel products used by veterinarians, pet groomers, distributors, and outdoor customers across the country.

As a Paint & Fabrication Tech, you will support production by preparing and fabricating stainless‑steel parts used in custom products and equipment. Daily responsibilities may include:

• Operating fabrication equipment such as press brakes, sanders, saws, grinders, and welding equipment
• Cutting, sanding, grinding, and preparing stainless‑steel materials for assembly
• Bending and forming parts using brake press equipment
• Reading work instructions and following production specifications accurately
• Assisting with welding and fabrication tasks as needed
• Inspecting parts for quality and accuracy before moving to assembly
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Working closely with team members to meet daily production goals
• Following all shop safety procedures and quality standards

• Previous fabrication, manufacturing, or metalworking experience preferred
• Experience operating fabrication tools or machinery such as:
  • Brake Press
  • Sanders
  • Cold Saw
  • Welders
  • Iron Worker Machines
  • Grinders
• Basic welding experience is helpful but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Monday through Thursday | 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (4-day work week)
  OR
• Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional early short‑day options

This position works primarily in a manufacturing and fabrication environment with exposure to machinery, metal materials, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and move throughout the shift
• Frequently bend, lift, and carry materials
• Safely operate shop equipment and tools
• Lift and move materials as needed
