What You'll Do as a Production Associate:

Assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related components

Cut, measure, and prepare materials to meet specifications

Use hand tools and small machinery in a production setting

Follow work instructions and production guidelines

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Label, package, and stage completed orders for shipment

What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout a shift

Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds as needed

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
