Stichting Omring zoekt een enthousiaste verpleegkundige voor de herstelafdeling in Hoorn. Je verzorgt verpleegtechnische handelingen, signaleert afwijkingen en betrekt mantelzorgers bij het herstelproces.
Je coacht collega's en geeft voorlichting aan verzorgenden in een hecht multidisciplinair team. Je hebt een mbo-niveau 4 verpleegkunde of HBO-V, ervaring in een ziekenhuis en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
