Good Samaritan Society - Up to $25.50/hour - 421 East 4th Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and recording vital signs;
Assist residents with meals and snacks and monitor fluid intake;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking with proper techniques;
Document resident interactions and changes in condition and communicate to RN/charge nurse
