Job Description

Webster Family Medicine – located in Webster, New York – is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the practice. Supervised by a Registered Nurse or Physician, the LPN guides patients through a seamless process to ensure that their care is of the highest quality and delivered efficiently. The LPN directs patients through the appointment, provides nursing services during care, and performs phone triage.

The LPN collaborates in care‑planning discussions with RNs, MDs, or other providers to determine the urgency of care needs, triage emergent situations to the appropriate provider, and schedule acute‑care appointments to maximize patient care opportunities and unit efficiency. The LPN maintains the flow of the provider schedule during patient care sessions, minimizing patient wait time whenever possible. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Range: $25.79–$33.20 per hour

• Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State
• Minimum one year of LPN experience, with outpatient primary care and/or pediatric experience preferred
• Current CPR and AED certification (American Heart Association)
• Successful completion of a medication administration proficiency exam
