As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your professional and clinical knowledge to manage and provide care to patients in the ICU. This role requires a compassionate and skilled nurse who can adapt quickly to new environments and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, ensuring the highest standards of care are met
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Participate in patient and family education
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)

Requirements for this position include:

• At least 2 years of recent ICU experience
• Active Iowa RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work every third weekend
• Willingness to float within the same discipline across local campuses
