Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises;
Record and communicate vital signs and resident status; document resident interactions and outcomes;
Assist with meals, dining, water, and supplements as appropriate; ensure a positive dining experience;
Assist with housekeeping, laundry, wellness and recreational programs; participate in committees as needed
