What You'll Do- Lead and oversee nursing care delivery for residents
- Support and guide nursing staff to ensure excellent care standards
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
- Follow and implement individualized care plans
- Provide hands‑on nursing care as needed
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required)
- Active RN license in the state of South Dakota (required)
- Experience or strong knowledge in geriatric care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation
- Leadership mindset with the ability to support and motivate a team
