Registered Nurse – Correctional facility
cTrace Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse in Orient, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and sign‑on bonus.
Location:
Orient, OH
Compensation: $65 per hour (DOE) + $200 sign‑on bonus
Schedule- 1st shift 6:15 a.m. – 2:15 p.m. with Friday/Saturday off
- 1st shift 6:15 a.m. – 2:15 p.m. with Sunday/Monday off
- 2nd shift 2:15 p.m. – 10:15 p.m. with Sunday/Monday off
Contract length: 1 year
Key responsibilities- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients’ needs
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Nurse Manager
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- OH RN License
- CPR/BLS certification
$65 per hour, based on experience
$200 sign‑on bonus and referral bonuses available

Note:
Benefits eligibility requires a minimum of 30 hours worked per week. Assignments under 30 hours per week are not benefit‑eligible.
