• Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions
• Collaborate with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care
• Empathetically care for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up along the continuum of care
• Demonstrate competency and use comprehensive nursing expertise

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (American Association of Colleges of Nursing, Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation, or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice of nursing is occurring, and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
• Obtain and subsequently maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications
