Location:

Worker Type:

Shift: Rotating days/evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range: $33.50 – $48.50 per hour, based on experience.

Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 or $20,000 depending on experience; relocation bonus available; student loan repayment eligible.

Overview

Deliver nursing care in the Women’s Center, supporting mothers, babies, and families during childbirth and postpartum. Specific duties include assessment, care planning, medication administration, patient and family education, and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care by reviewing physician orders and executing nursing care plans.
  • Assess patients, document findings, and update care plans.
  • Coordinate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary team.
  • Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self‑care.
  • Document all patient care in electronic records.
  • Maintain equipment, supplies, and adherence to infection‑control policies.
  • Monitor patient conditions, modify care plans, and meet therapeutic goals.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years clinical experience.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work scheduled hours and shifts.

Preferred:

  • Experience in maternity or neonatal care.
  • Knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, DHHS, and OSHA standards.
