Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Groton

Pay: $20 - $23 per hour | 12‑Hour Shifts

Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
  • Previous CNA experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude
Job Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will help ensure residents receive the high standard of care they deserve by:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
  • Providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
  • Assisting residents with mobility, transfers, and personal care needs
  • Supporting meal service and dining experiences
  • Promoting resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
  • Participating in ongoing education and training
