Good Samaritan Society - - Responsibilities:
Assist with basic health care needs and activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, undressing, obtaining vital signs, providing psychosocial support, and delivering other personal care as assigned;
Assist clients with meals and snacks and provides water and nutritional supplements as appropriate;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, range of motion exercises, and walking using appropriate transfer techniques and equipment;
Assist with housekeeping, laundry services, and other duties as assigned within non-certified nursing assistant role;
Document client care when appropriate and communicate changes in client condition to a licensed nurse
