Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, and feeding;
Record and communicate vital signs and changes in residents' condition;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility of residents;
