Good Samaritan Society - 2304 Laurel Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises;
Assist residents with meals and dining; provide water and supplements as appropriate;
Document resident interactions and outcomes; communicate changing conditions to the charge nurse;
Participate in wellness and recreational programs and support restorative nursing as needed
