Overview

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered primary care in our faith-based, nonprofit clinic. The RN will deliver holistic nursing care, including assessments, care coordination, patient education, and chronic disease management for underserved individuals and families. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll support providers, maintain accurate documentation, promote health equity, and uphold our mission of whole-person, faith-informed care in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

• Perform holistic nursing care and primary care assessments for patients.
• Coordinate care across disciplines within an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide patient education and support for self-management of chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation.
• Promote health equity and uphold the clinic’s mission of whole-person, faith-informed care.
