Overview
Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality primary care to underserved individuals and families. The RN will provide patient assessments, chronic disease management, care coordination, and health education in a faith-based, mission-driven setting. The RN will work with an interdisciplinary team in a diverse, community-focused clinic grounded in Christian values and whole-person wellbeing.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and triage as part of primary care delivery.
- Administer medications and provide patient teaching related to treatment plans.
- Coordinate care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic patient outcomes.
- Provide ongoing chronic disease management and health education to patients and families.
- Current RN license in good standing (required).
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, or community health settings preferred.
- Commitment to health equity, holistic care, and professional growth within a diverse, faith-based environment.
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage patients in whole-person wellbeing.
