Overview
Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered, holistic care in our faith-based, community clinic. The RN will provide direct primary care nursing, triage, chronic disease management, patient education, and care coordination for underserved individuals and families. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will support providers during exams and procedures, administer medications and immunizations, document in the EMR, and participate in quality improvement.
This role is ideal for nurses passionate about health equity, whole-person care, and serving in a mission-driven, faith-informed environment.
- Provide direct primary care nursing and triage for underserved patients
- Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care for individuals and families
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans
- Support providers during exams and procedures
- Administer medications and immunizations
- Document in the EMR and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team in a faith-based, community clinic
