Shift: 3x12 Days

• Provide direct patient care in a 1:6 patient‑to‑nurse ratio, with a 1:5 ratio during weekday day shifts.
• Float to PCU for MSU assignments as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC charting system.
• Adhere to trauma level 3 protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Current RN license.
• BLS (AHA or ARC) and NIHSS certifications.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Med‑Surg setting.
• Ability to work every other weekend and up to 2 extra mandatory shifts per 6 weeks.
