UCHealth Memorial Hospital North – Colorado Springs, Department:
Emergency Department.

Schedule:

Full Time, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Nights.

Pay: $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend.

Local RN Traveler contract options available for those who reside within 75 miles. 13‑week assignments with extension options.

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN certification.
• BLS – American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date.

• Provide top‑scope practice in direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
• Precept and mentor new and less experienced staff or trainees.
• Support continuous improvement of safety and quality at the point of care.
• Deliver Emergency Department level care up to Level 1 trauma designation, following BCEN’s certification standards.
