Location: Freeman
Freeman Regional Health Services in Freeman, SD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Long Term Care. This full-time, benefit-eligible role includes day and night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, working at least 72 hours per pay period.
You will evaluate residents, dispense medications, communicate with families and the care team, maintain detailed records, and contribute to care planning. SD license required; 1–3 years LTC experience preferred.
