Location: Lane
Role: Registered Nurse in a faith-based, primary care setting focused on underserved populations.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate clinical care, including patient assessment, triage, and health education.
- Administer medications and assist with medical and dental procedures.
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient interactions accurately in the EMR system.
- Support holistic, culturally sensitive care emphasizing dignity, collaboration, and health equity.
- Current valid RN license.
- Experience in primary care, behavioral health, or dental care preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, and care coordination skills.
- Commitment to serving underserved communities with culturally sensitive approaches.
