LPN LTC - Flandreau, SD
Active South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred Current BLS certification Ability to work 4x12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) Must successfully complete both the agency and facility-required background check and drug screen prior to starting Start date is contingent upon facility clearance, which may take 7–10 business days Excellent medication administration, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
