Peaceful Pines Senior Living - Fort Pierre is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing. In this leadership role, you will oversee the nursing staff, ensure high-quality care, and maintain resident files. You will also partner with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies.
The ideal candidate should hold an active LPN or RN license and have a minimum of two years' healthcare experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. ECP software familiarity is a plus.
