RN - Operating Room

Dakota Dunes, SD

Contract | Days | Onsite

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff within the operating room setting
• Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care at the unit level

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in an Operating Room or perioperative nursing setting
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care in a surgical environment
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

• Prior experience in a surgical center or ambulatory surgery setting
• Experience with staff supervision or clinical delegation

• Opportunity to work in a specialized surgical environment with a focused, skilled care team
• Contract role offering flexibility and hands-on experience in perioperative nursing
