Good Samaritan Society - 412 South Madison Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse.;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care.;
Assist residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises.;
Complete tasks related to food preparation and dining, assist residents with meals and snacks, provide water and supplements as appropriate.;
Assist providers and nursing staff with procedures as needed; document resident interactions and outcomes; communicate evolving resident conditions to the charge nurse.
