Urgently HIRING Outpatient Registered Nurse RN Advanced Practice APRNNP IHS Contract Pinon AZ 80Hour

We are hiring Outpatient Registered Nurses (RNs) for a high-impact contract with Indian Health Services (IHS) in Sisseton, South Dakota.

This is an excellent opportunity for RNs with IHS, Tribal Health, or Public Health experience seeking a flexible, high-paying 1099 assignment.

Start Date: Tentative June 1, 2026 (aligned to contract option period)

Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Duration: ~6 months (base term; extension options available)

• Outpatient clinical care (triage, treatment, follow-up)
• Patient education and chronic care management
• Documentation in EHR
• Collaboration with providers and DON

• Active RN license (any state)
• BLS certification
• IHS / Tribal / Rural Health experience preferred
• Ability to pass:
  • Federal background check + fingerprinting
  • OIG clearance

Clinic hours:

• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Shifts:

• 8 or 12-hour weekday shifts
• 4-hour weekend shifts

• Active RN license (any U.S. state preferred)
• BLS required
• Fingerprinting + FBI background clearance REQUIRED prior to start
